Product Description

Characteristics:

a. Structure of cubicle body: The whole framework of switchgear adopts double coated aluminium and zinc plate and is molded upon folding and curving, and then formed by adopting riveting and pull rivet craft, and the whole cubicle body is not welded, and the size is accurate.

b. Isolation craft: The busbar adopts worldly advanced elastic epoxy powder craft, which can avoid the defects of difficult detection of bump and damaged parts and easy cracking at the time of thermal expansion etc by adopting heat shrink

c. Feed mechanism: The circuit breaker handcart adopts ball screw shaking mechanism (it is not the ordinary screw rod mechanism adopted by other manufacturers) operated in machine tool, and it possesses the characteristics of accurate positioning and labor-saving boost.

d. Five-protection interlock possesses the functions of avoiding incorrectly operation of circuit breaker, on-load pushing movable parts, closing grounding switch with electrification, delivery of current by grounding switch on grounding position or interfusion of charged interval (namely

f. The structure of handcart adopts separation structure of work mobile wheel and guide wheel, and the movement of U-typed double guide slot, which can effectively reduce the bad influences made by rough installation place to handcart and coordinating precision of cubicle as well as increase of advancing (shaking) resistance.

a. Environmental temperature: the upper limit is +40℃; and the lower limit -20℃; daily temperature difference is 15℃
